I was wondering what to pack for camp. Will I get a packing list?
Yes you will! Our welcome letter and packing list is being sent out on Wednesday 19th of September with all the information you need. There won’t be anything too out of the normal from school camp besides a party outfit for the final night (details will be in the letter), bibles, and some clothes that they can get messy in (a cheap white t-shirt is ideal).
Help! I missed the deadline and I’m hoping to still register my kid for camp!
That’s ok. I’ve sneakily left the registration portal open until Tuesday midnight so go ahead and register now at www.aycf.org.au/camps/registration
I forgot to include an important detail such as dietary needs/dorm group allocation request etc on the registration form.
All good, if you haven’t already – simply outline the details in an email and I will update the records when I’m back.
I would like to register my kid for camp but I can’t afford the payment straight up. Can you help?
Not a problem, we have the code PAYMENTPLAN that will set up our standard payment plan of initial purchase of $65 and then three installments of $70. I will send you the invoice upon my return. Simply input the code when you reach the payment page and all will be well.
I’m inquiring about sponsorship – are there options?
Yes there are. If it is within your ability, simply use the payment plan code to register your child and then send me an email at [email protected] letting me know that you inquiring for sponsorship and I will follow up when I return. If you are unable to pay that initially, please email me with your contact number and I will get back to you directly on my return.
